Johnny is from Punta del Este, Uruguay.  He was a highly ranked junior player in South America, and after moving to the U.S. in 2005, he began to pursue his passion for training the dedicated junior tennis player.  Achieving noted success with highly ranked Eastern and Nationally ranked players, he founded his own program, JG Tennis Development, in 2012.  Under his expert coaching, dedication and guidance, many of his students have gone on to play for prestigious collegiate tennis teams. Johnny is a USPTR Certified Professional, as well as a certified USTA High Performance Coach.
