FUN, FAST, FIT!! Futures fun, fast-paced drills to heart-pumping music to give players of all abilities a high-energy workout.
It’s a great way to burn some calories, meet new players AND improve your tennis. Includes a warm-up, cardio segment,
and cool-down phase.
Times:
* Weeknight Warrior: Thursday 8-9pm Get your stress out in a healthy way!
* Hit & Fit: Friday 1 – 2pm – Go into the weekend feeling good!
* Rise & Shine: Saturday 8am – 9am
