iWave Purifying System Now At RRC
How We are Improving the Air Quality on Our Indoor Courts
Now more than ever people are concerned with the quality of the air in their indoor spaces. RRC has taken several steps to ensure that the air quality remains high in our indoor facilities for greater peace of mind during play. We have installed iWave air-purifying devices along with MERV filters in our courts’ HVAC systems in the main building. An iWave air-purifying device has also been installed in the main building lobby area. This new, advanced and patented technology creates a healthier environment by reducing viruses, pathogens, allergens and other particles in the air and on surfaces without producing any harmful byproducts. It’s done through needle-point bi-polar ionization using carbon fiber brushes to produce a refined electrical charge that creates equal amounts of positive and negative ions to proactively and safely clean the air.
iWave air purifiers, unlike UV-technology based systems, produce no harmful byproducts (like ozone), require no ongoing maintenance or replacement parts and is self-cleaning, which ensures that the system operates continuously at peak performance.
